Food is always cold, wait is always terrible ,even when you're the only person there, and everyone who works there is rude as hell.
Just don't go here, somehow the manager is magically never there!
Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru speaker to give them my mobile order code. The huge line of cars behind me started all driving off. I was seconds away from cancelling my order before someone finally (with an attitude) asked for my order. No reason to have to sit that long and wait. After receiving part of my order, they asked me to pull ahead to wait for my iced mocha. After waiting 2 minutes I saw a female employee walk out with one and take another order to a different car but walk back in with the iced mocha. After waiting another 10 minutes a manager brought me my drink and did not say anything about the wait or even have a good day. Rude and extremely slow service from entire staff.
Rude horrible service rushed me while I was trying to order. Charged me and didn’t receive the pancake's.

had 2 similar incidents at this location. first time, i took my girlfriend’s kid to get a happy meal and there was little to no one in drive thru and it still took them about 15-20 minutes to give him his happy meal. I understood they may have been short staffed, so I let it slide the first time. But the other day was the nail in the coffin. Me and my girlfriend and her kid go get breakfast, and again, we waited in line for nearly 20 minutes to get our food, they didn’t get our order right, kept forgetting things we ordered, and overall, several of the employees were either mumbling or getting snippy with us when we tried to correct them with what we ordered. Overall, there’s no structure, compared to the other ones I’ve been to. I know they can do better than what me and everyone else have witnessed, but until then, we won’t be back at this location

Came through drive thru ordered a double hamburger pickle only. I usually try to get the doubles that are on sale by one get one, but it’s always cheese burgers and no McDonalds understands what no cheese means. This time they don’t understand pickle only, I have everything but pickles. I parked went in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes while a manager bagged food saw me holding a collapsed bag and holding a burger, he should know it means something isn’t right but he ignored me. This was my second time coming today, but my last for this location. Didn’t even get a greeting or anything just ignored and my food was wrong. Opened the burger I got and the bun is burnt on one side because they are cooking more buns than they need during a rush and they are brining.
