  My husband and I (ages 54 and 48) were just in this store and we were asked by a very tall blonde check out chick said we both had to show our IDs for my husband to purchase a 6 pack of beer (he was the one purchasing). I didn’t even bring my wallet bc he drove us. . So we just walked out and left all our groceries there. We have never once ever been asked to both show our IDs at any store. I get if we were at a bar. But a grocery store? What happens when someone has their 18 year old daughter with them on a grocery run?

  I come here every Sunday for groceries. I don't come for the low prices (they're not low) or the spectacular interior (it's not). I come for the small, personable feel. However more and more recently these young cashiers seem to be mutes. There's no "hello. How are you? Find everything ok?" Just blank stares. I can get that at Walmart for much cheaper and perhaps I'll go there next Sunday
