From the sweet lady w/the electric blue eyes to the nicest, helpful smiles in the drive-thru. The Dunkin behind BMH could DEFINITELY learn from this Dunkin' ---they got it right, & it is so CLEAN! No straws on the floor, no empty condiments buckets, & no excuses🥰 An A+ in my book!
- WWWardaughterMay 2, 20261.0I went through the drive thru this morning. Ordered three sandwiches, two hash browns and two drinks. They didn't give us one of the sandwiches, and made the wrong drink. When asked to fix the drink, they gave us the exact same drink we had just given back. They did give us the third sandwich. When I went in to have the drink fixed, (again,) I was told we asked for coffee to be added. Excuse me, I asked you to take back an iced coffee and give me an iced coffee? Mistakes happen. Mistakes even happen twice. YOUR mistake happening twice and being blamed on me when the receipt clearly shows I ordered a tea isn't acceptable.

What I got is a medium cup full of ice and maybe 5 or six ounces of flavored coffee. I can see how they make their money and I will never buy anything from there again!
