  This was the worst Jimmy John’s experience I have ever had (and my kids love Jimmy John’s so we have been there a lot). First there were 4 employees working and not one of them knew how to redeem reward points. They asked me to redeem the points and place the order on the app, which I gladly did. We were the only customers there and it took 4 employees 20 minutes to make 5 basic sandwiches. I have a gluten allergy so one was an unwich. After making the other sandwiches they said the lettuce was not great for making unwiches and asked if they could just put it on French bread. I said unfortunately that’s not an option as I have a gluten allergy at which point she asked if she could put it on wheat bread, so education on allergens would be helpful. She said she would make the lettuce work. We were travelling so needed to eat in the car and the unwich was pretty much not edible as it was a pile of lettuce, meat, cheese, and mustard that was dripping everywhere. Disappointing to say the least.

  The order was late and they left off my drink. Called store and they said it was up to the delivery driver. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

  Workers with beards in food service, are required to wear hair nets. Your workers, I have seen, have significant facial hair were not wearing them.

  Went by to make a togo order (at 2:00 pm) and they informed me that they don't have enough bread to make anymore orders due to an order that came in before me. Why offer walk-in orders if you're not going to serve them?
