Starting with the fact that the drive through is an automated disaster, and the person at the window was not much better, we should have known that the food wasn't going to be any better. My wife and I both had Bo Bites that were overcooked and had obviously sat for way too long and dirty rice that was crunchy. It all hit the garbage and now we are having to cook, after spending over $30. We will never make to mistake of eating there again and sincerely hope that the manager gets replaced soon. A manager worth having would never have let food that bad be served.

Everything was made right, staff was friendly, and those biscuits were exactly what you expect from Bojangles. Simple, fast, and good. We’ll definitely be back.
