Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

After a very long day of package delivery, my wife and I did not have the energy to cook, but as we started our long drive home we spotted a Whataburger and decided to indulge in one of our favorite burgers... we waited at the pick up location for about 8 minutes then they brought our food, I was so excited to drink my large lemonade after thst long day and I got a taste of carbonated water... indrove back to the drive through and told them that the lemonade was just water and the response ingot shocked me... they said "yeah it has been that way all day, would you like something else to drink?" This means that they KNEW the lemonade had no flavor yet thry poured it and served it to me without saying anything about it, i was livid but I held my tounge as we got back on the road, my wife pulled out the fries only to discover they were completely cold a d soggy, and as icing on the cake, they did not include the brownie that costs $2.99 . I was go8ng to call the store but I decided not to since based on the reaction to the lemonade I am sure they don't care about cold fries or missing brownies. So well done Whataburger, you went from too of my list to bottom. I will definitely never again go to the Whataburger in Madison, and just go to places like in-amd-out that care about customer service.

i'm just upset because the menu says you serve breakfast from 11pm to 11am EVERY DAY. I've worked fast food before, and I've worked with skeleton crews. I've never heard of cutting an entire side of the menu just because you're "understaffed." I don't mind having to wait a bit to get what I want to eat, but I find it wrong to not serve an entire half of your menu when I know the employees you do have are certainly trained on how to cook breakfast foods just like they are trained for lunch foods. you can't convince me there is a "breakfast specific staff" or something. just make my freakin biscuits please i just want to order the food i actually wanted. Edit: 8/25/26 2:00am So with only one person in store you're perfectly capable of making my breakfast now? cool cool cool. and that one person in the store is one of the rudest and most impatient employees i've ever encountered. i sincerely hope she is taken in for retraining because her behavior tonight was unacceptable

Bad experience we were in town visiting for a week. We arrived in town late and couldn't find anywhere to get food so we settled for here and the lady name Tiffany gave us our food and we asked for fries with no salt and she said really are you serious at a time like this. We said yes because I have high blood pressure and she made us pull to the side of the building walked all the way outside grabbed the bag of fries just to throw them away and went back inside. She brought the new ones out and we said thank you and she just walked off. Definitely will not return here. All of the food wasn't fresh and we waited in the drive thru nearly 10 to 12 minutes for our food. The chicken wasn't fresh, the fries was cold, the grilled chicken was overcooked and tough.

MS. VIVECA is Amazing, as soon as I walked into the lobby I WAS GREETED BY HER WITH A VERY WARM PRESENCE. she assisted me with my order and also offered a coloring sheet along with crayons to my child while we waited. We continued to carry on with conversation and it was a blessing to be in her presence. Something about her..... felt as if I was talking with one of God's giving angel's. It was a joy and pleasure meeting you tonight Ms. VIVECA. We stumbled across this location while visiting on Vacation. My son and I eat at Whatabuger daily wher I live and Ive never been greeting or carried a conversation with anyone its always can I talk your order. However this atmosphere and being at this location gave me a very welcoming warm heartfelt experience to remember Thank you again MS. VIVECA YOU ROCK May God continue to bless you. If she not a manger she definitely should be one I walked back into grab something and again she was going above and beyond help out a customer to use the app because he couldn't get. I watched her be walk him through and again her service amazed me on how she went above and beyond. Cheers to you
