  Do the owners know that this location barely has their lobby hours open for customers? Most of the time the lobby is closed. Here it’s. Mother’s Day morning at 10 am. The lobby is closed and cars are wrapped around the building. Employees don’t greet. Don’t care. The employees act like you are a nuisance and they hate their life.

  Tried to go inside at 9:20am and the employees refused to open the door?? No sign on the door or anything… The drive through was open though. The frustrating part was that my deaf father was trying to order and waved at them from the door and they told him he had to go through the drive through…

  I went through the Krispy Kreme drive-thru today planning to pick up a couple of assorted donuts, but the customer service completely changed my mind. As I was looking at the menu to figure out what I wanted, the employee taking my order already seemed a bit impatient. Not everyone pulls up knowing their exact order; that's why people look at the board. Instead of being patient or helpful, his tone came across as irritated. After he gave me the total, things got worse. I had to say "sir" more than once just to get a response, and even then he barely acknowledged me. He didn't confirm the order or ask if I needed anything else. It felt like he was trying to rush me off rather than actually help. What made it especially irritating is that Nashville has already lost one or two Krispy Kreme locations, including the Midtown one I used to go to regularly, so having one of the few remaining stores treat customers like this felt disappointing. And with Dunkin' barely focusing on donuts anymore, it already feels like there's a bit of a donut contraction around here. Krispy Kreme makes the best donuts, which is exactly why this experience stood out for the wrong reasons. I genuinely wanted those donuts, but I'm not going to deal with attitude from someone whose job is to provide basic courtesy. I work hard all week, and when I spend my money somewhere, I expect at least a respectful interaction. A little professionalism would go a long way.

  I was excited to see the hot sign. But made me sad to go inside and know they don't give out free hot donuts anymore. Do better Krispy Kreme
