This has happened to me multiple times, both through DoorDash AND when ordering in person. My last three DoorDash orders included multiple burgers, and not a single burger was made exactly the way I ordered it. There’s always something missing, something added that I didn’t ask for, or the toppings are just wrong. For the price of the food, customers shouldn’t have to worry about whether their order was actually made correctly. Mistakes happen, but when it happens over and over again, it’s no longer just a simple mistake. Please take the extra minute to actually read and double-check orders before handing them out. I really love Five Guys, but this is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
