- MMMDGMay 11, 20261.0Worst service ever. First we pull up to the drive thru. Did we get a human, HELL NO, we got an AI that didn't know English very well. So we drove to the parking lot to go inside to order. We ordered 1 baked spaghetti, which in Indiana is the number 10. Then we ordered 2 loaded fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, with no bacon, he got 2 loaded spaghetti's with bacon. The service here was worse than the service we got in Indianapolis, IN. Now I wonder if a stupid machine couldn't have done her job better. When I called to complain, the manager put the employee on the phone that took the order. Then blamed my husband, saying he ordered wrong. I will drive 20 miles away to go to a Fazoli's that has better service. Never going to the one in Madison, TN again. The picture below shows not fettuccine alfredo with chicken. Since when is Alfredo red?

From the conversations around us, this wasn't a unique experience. Other patrons were remaking about the service too. One additional thing to note, Fazoli's has put some thought into their leftovers take-home containers and paper bag. Everything fits perfectly! Thank you Fazoli's team for such a personable, thoughtful experience!
