- APAyush Patel2 days ago1.0Very Disappointing Experience I’ve been ordering from this Mexican restaurant regularly, but for the last 3 weeks, I’ve repeatedly received the wrong orders. What makes it even more frustrating is that when I try to call the restaurant to fix the issue, no one answers the phone. Mistakes can happen once, but having the same problem repeatedly for 3 weeks is unacceptable. I’m paying for the food I ordered, and I expect to receive the correct order. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both the order accuracy and customer service. Very disappointed and definitely not the experience I expected.

It seems as though this is the ONLY location that still puts lime on and perfectly salt the chips, portions are good, they’re friendly at the pickup window and have my order ready in a timely manner.

The tables are dirty, the food isn’t worth giving to a dog and It’s burnt and hard! The customers sure as hell deserve better. Every table was dirty. The employees don’t care at all. When asking how long for fresh food, it’s always 20 minutes; because they hope you leave. The DM had been there for roughly two weeks In the last two months, seeing the DM there was the only time the food was edible. Being newer to the city, the location on Lebanon Rd and the Hendersonvile locations are the ONLY two locations where the food is good. How is this acceptable with the price of food and gas that guests are expected to eat this trash? I’d say do better; but after two years am I expected to accept it?
