  I've given this place a lot of chances before giving this one star review so honestly this was coming and I should have probably done it a long time ago. This is probably the worst Chipotle in the country. Yesterday though was the last straw as I ordered chips and the guy gave me chips with no salt or lime on it. As many times as I've been to Chipotle that's never happened pretty gave me just plain chips. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I got home. But the service here is terrible they're slow they don't have enough employees, and the ones that they do have are extremely slow. Take out and delivery is the slowest I'll have one person over there instead of what probably needs to be at least three. An expensive place that doesn't want to hire people even though they have more than enough money to do so. The service is bad oftentimes disrespectful and nobody there wants to be there. They need new management or corporate needs to take over the store asap. But the 2.5 rating speaks for itself and I'm honestly surprised it's not lower.

  I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I kept getting looks from the workers but they kept making food for the in store customers. Never acknowledged me at all. It's easy. What's the name? Here you go. For a food service place that pays their employees decent when compared to the competition what I got was worse than Burger King. I'm done coming to this location that was my final straw. Just a simple acknowledgement would have been nice

  Floor was covered in food behind the counter. Line was moving slowly. Guy greeted us very warmly and was giving generous portions on our burritos. He passed my burrito to a lady, she didn’t get to it, my daughter burrito was up and she was gone. The original guy finishes our burritos but couldn’t fold them because they were too full. He was pouring sweat, the lady came back and scolded him for over filling and told him to double wrap the burritos. She put my daughters in bowl. Then she charged my daughter for my cheaper burrito and then insisted that I had to pay for my daughter’s burrito price bc she had been confused. I paid it bc we were in a hurry but kept saying it wasn’t our fault that she discharged us. It was so rude, she made a mistake but expected me to pay more for my meal bc she undercharged my daughter. Our burritos were a mess! The guy was super nice and I felt sorry for him but him wiping sweat was disgusting.

  $20.47 for a bowl. Let me explain as I don’t typically leave a review that includes price. However, my double protein request was met with half hearted scoops of chicken. I’m fine with paying for queso but don’t scrape what’s left out of the bottom of the pan and pass it on. $2.90 for guacamole is ridiculous. I used to have their app on my phone until I started picking up $9 burritos that didn’t even satisfy my appetite. But I got a gift card and went to use it. That’s it. I’m done. I used to love this place.

  I came in to grab lunch for myself and my husband, and unfortunately the customer service completely ruined the experience. The employee at the register with blue hair asked if I wanted regular or large chips. I simply didn’t hear her, and instead of repeating herself, she immediately caught an attitude and said, “You know what, I’m just going to pack a regular.” When she came back to the register, I told her she should try to be a better person to people because the way she spoke to me was unnecessary. Instead of apologizing or correcting her tone, she blew up again and told her coworker, “Can you deal with her? I can’t deal with her.” That was completely out of order and extremely unprofessional. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful.I simply didn’t hear the question. There was absolutely no reason for the interaction to escalate the way it did. Customer service matters, and no one should be spoken to like that over something as simple as ordering chips.
