    I had a coupon on my app for a $6.99 footlong. When I tried to place the order it would only let me choose a 6”. I went inside and showed the workers the issue and they told me that in Sundays the app sometimes doesn’t work. I asked them if they would honor the coupon in store since their app was down. He told me no and the proceeded to point to the menu and said you can pay full price. I told them they were not conducting good business and the restaurant next door would get my business. I miss the old managers.

    Placed an online order and came in to pick it up, the worker said are you here for the online order to which I said yes. She said "I'm working on them now." I sat down to wait, tipped $4 and she said "here you go" and handed them to me. I left and got home 20 minutes later only to realize she gave me the wrong order so I called to let them know. This is where it all went wrong. I asked for a refund as I was given the wrong order and instead of just saying yes, can I have your order # to do that the worker proceeded to tell me we needed to bring the sandwiches in immediately. I told her the order was wrong and she asked what sandwiches we got so I described them to which she said "You're lying, I didn't make any Roast beef sandwiches today!" Meanwhile, I'm looking at a roast beef sandwich 🤦‍♀️ So my husband takes the sandwiches up there to get a refund and he had to stand in line as there were about 3 people in front of him. The 1st person in line was having their order made and it was wrong too. My husband got up to the register, the manager/owner comes out and takes the sandwiches and throws them away rather than looking at their employees' mistake that they insisted we bring back to show them. They didn't scan our credit card to do a return. They simply refused service so my husband told the people in line "You might want to check your sandwiches to make sure you're getting the right order!" 2 foot long sandwiches that cost $20.03 with a BOGO 50% off one sandwich coupon with a $4 tip and they wouldn't even make it right by replacing the order, refunding our order or anything. We will never order from here again and we've already disputed the charge with our bank. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
