  Ordered 2 drinks & a large fry @ 4:29 pm Told to pull up to spot 3 for items (no problem) Large fry & a single drink was brought to us 4:35 pm The Large Mocha Frappe was brought to us 4:45 pm Went back through drive thru to talk to manager about why it took so long. Manager caught an attitude and demanded the receipt/proof of timing. Made us pull up. Waited another 5 minutes outside. He came flying out of the door with an attitude and gave us the $6 back for the Frappe. He goes “I would’ve gave yall a meal card but yall aren’t from around here so here’s your $6 back” When indeed they were from “around here” Terrible attitude. Terrible management. Terrible service. Wild.

  No one would come take an order so I eventually ordered on the kiosk, then a woman and grandkids most likely came in and was getting concerned since she didn't know how to use the kiosk, another woman said she was there to pick up door dash but no one had acknowledged her the whole time which was several minutes. Food was just as it should be though.

  I just want to give a shout out to Alexis (hopefully I spelt her name right) anytime I come through drive t she has the biggest smile on her face and has the best attitude I’ve seen in customer service!

  Today April 2, 2027 My husband and I came through the drive through and the service was poor, we had to repeat the order 3 times and it still wasn’t right when we got to the pay window. We ordered biscuits with sausage egg and cheese. They only had 1 order so we had to pull ahead and wait, by the time they came out with the other one.. the other one was cold plus I ordered sweet tea and it was so sweet I couldn’t drink it. I brought it home and made more tea plus added more water and ice so I could drink, first time ever I had a tea from any McDonalds in any state that was like that. I just moved here from Michigan and I don’t plan to Ever come back. I will try another place in town to get breakfast. We are seniors and live on a fixed income so it’s a treat when we can go out for a meal.
