- MLMorgan LawsonOct 4, 20262.0The food is delicious. I love Wingstop, but every time we order to go, it is always messed up and when we call to let them know, they never answer the phone. I’m talking waiting 30 minutes for them to answer and never getting one. We went in today to order and they told us that they were not accepting orders in store. Then we asked if we could place an order through the app And they said that we could, but that it would be over an hour wait we were the only ones in the store.

The cashier that was working does NOT need to be in the service industry.. she was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor by just taking our order . Rolling eyes, rude tone in her voice, all the while the drink machine was out of ice and she was aggravated that I asked her for ice and then slammed the ice bucket down like how dare you ask me for ice! The place was empty and I know why! When u have employees like that .. nobody wants to go there!! And the lady in the back had a negative attitude as well.. terrible experience and we will NEVER go back there again!!

I called and the sweetest woman answered the phone and allowed me to come in and use the bathroom. When I went to leave she gave us the most amazing service, offered drinks and food, and walked me back to my car. I have never met someone so sweet and kind. I want to thank her for her help and give her the review that she deserves.

To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
