Ordered an Oreo Blast and received a cup of vanilla ice cream with a little sprinkle of Oreo on top. Extremely disappointing to treat yourself to something nice only to get completely ripped off.
Read a few reviews for this place before posting and it seems like this is a recurring issue.
Also their non dessert food tastes like chemicals.

Still the same slow service. Onion rings were cold. Thought I’d give them another try but this is the last one.

20-30 minutes for full price soda and mozzarella sticks that I’m pretty sure went to someone else before getting me to, instead of being remade.
I pulled up at happy hour to get a drink on my lunch break — I haven’t been in awhile so I checked online that Happy Hour is still a thing. A large dirty diet coke was $1.75, great. I pressed the button to order… added some mozzarella sticks just because I haven’t been in awhile: $7.14. Cool. Still didn’t fuss.. sucks, but I know next time to just order from app, the right? right.
So then here comes “my order” — I take it, open the bag: tots and chicken nuggets. Take the lid off my cup.. that I see is oddly clear for diet coke. Obviously, not my order so I walk out and return it. Hoping they would remake for whoever.
Now, I’ve worked in customer service and I’m working class citizen so I don’t get mad. Mix ups happen and it’s clearly only 1 person running the orders.
My order comes… I’m hesitant because I myself just opened someone else’s order but again, putting faith in the fact that people/businesses do still hold integrity.. I accept instead of causing a scene. I literally just want my food & drink. Well that was stupid of me because how would an untampered drink have a massive tear in the lid?
So, I’m supposed to drink this?.. after it was delivered to another car and sipped before being sent back to me?!
If I could go back in time, I’d spend $8 at the grocery store and make my own damn dirty soda.

We visited this location for a round of Blasts for the whole party, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing across the board.
While we were looking forward to the mix-ins, every drink we ordered was essentially just a cup of plain vanilla ice cream. There were only a few scattered pieces of the toppings mixed in, which really defeated the purpose of ordering a Blast.
It was a letdown for everyone in our group to get what felt like a plain soft serve when we were expecting a fully mixed treat. Hopefully, they can work on the consistency of their portions, but this visit definitely missed the mark.
