  I regularly visit this location due to its proximity to my residence and workplace. Recently, I have observed a significant change in the way Assistant Manager Melinda interacts with employees, as I have personally witnessed her speaking condescendingly to some of the newer staff members, resulting in visible discouragement on their faces, which is truly disheartening. The overall atmosphere has shifted noticeably over the past six months.

  want to give a special shout-out to Brandy at Dunkin’ in Lenoir City! Every time I come in, she is friendly, welcoming, and makes my coffee exactly how I like it. Great customer service can make someone’s whole day, and Brandy truly goes above and beyond. She rocks — thank you for always being amazing!

  My frozen coffee is perfect at this location 😋, and hot my peppermint mocha latte was perfect each time while it lasted. Sorry to see the peppermint mocha latte end so soon! 😒 The servers are always friendly. 👍😎
