  One thing I cant tolerate is taking my family, including a 3yo grandaughter to a restaurant, and hear the staff loudly cursing. Several employees on their phones in the back while every table in the dining room is dirty. The sweet tea is tinted water with a boat load of sugar. I don't recommend this place at all. Like most other fast food in LC this one has just gone way downhill over the years. Poor management always leads to poor quality and poor service. I've just eaten my last meal from here and added it to the list of places I won't visit again.

  On 5/9/26 around 8:30-9pm, I entered the store to pick up a DoorDash. A young gentleman at the cash registered finished taking a woman’s order and then immediately walked into the back kitchen to talk about non work related stuff with a female coworker. He had made eye contact with me numerous times and even walked right past me (while I waited to speak with someone regarding picking up the DoorDash order) to get a drink cup for himself. I then left astonished that not a single worker on shift helped me. I had to cancel my order or risk waiting even longer for someone to help me. Unacceptable behavior.

  Food not up to temperature, no soap in the restroom, and employee did not wash his hands properly after blowing his nose in front of shift lead.
