Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated.     I am usually a very patient person and I know people make mistakes. However, this is the 2nd time I have gotten an Apple pie that had been sitting for hours. Both were burnt on the inside as well. Disgusting.

    Late night visit after a Nashville concert. There was no front counter coverage. Guy that helped me was in a hoodie. Wouldn't take my order or help me because breakfast didn't start for 5 minutes, and then didn't come back after. Still had to wait more than 15min for breakfast taquitos. Not busy but Lobby still had dirty tables.

    This will be my last visit to a Whataburger. I like the burgers, but the service is awful. If I place a mobile order that is supposed to be "ready" by a certain time, could you try and do that? Waiting until I get there to even start the order, and now I have to wait an additional 15 TO 20 MIN!!! That's not acceptable. Also, why does it take so long?

    Food was good place was clean. However, it took staff 15 minutes to notice i was up front. Then staff created the impression I was bothering them? That is unusual here i normally get great service. I was there at 2pm today April 13, 2026.
