  Drive-through services closed for online orders so I did curbside service! Waited in designated spot and waited 5 minutes after the time delivery of food that never came. I went inside and still had to wait! I just don’t understand the service of ordering ahead to only have to wait. They had no idea that I was there.

  Twice in a one week period I have been served undercooked food. If you’re looking to get sick. This is the place to go!!

  This is one of the best fast-food places I’ve ever tried; the food is delicious, and the service is exceptional! Nowhere else have we been treated as well as we are here; the entire staff is always eager to help and super friendly.

  It was pleasant and the cashier Cree was very friendly. She greeted me when I walked in and read back my order & suggested sales. I see why she’s the team lead. She’ exemplified greatness Her employees were very helpful and kind as well.. big shout out to your store for exceeding Goodness 24/7

  Ordered a burger and it was not made correctly. Ordered at a kiosk and removed everything but cheese and it came with only mustard on it. That was not a big deal because we understand that mistakes happen and it’s part of any restaurant. However, when we asked if they could give us the burger we actually wanted they were rude and had the worst customer service. I have worked at multiple restaurants (nicer than any fast food place and more expensive) for ANY reason an order is messed up (whether a customer messed up the order or the server messed up) the order YOU REMAKE THE ORDER. You are there to make sure your guests are served and taken care of (the right and nice thing to do). There is NO reason when a problem occurs to say “well it’s your fault.” To make things worse after not remaking the order (mustard unwanted and all over the burger), she proceeded to ask us to pay for a SLICE OF CHEESE. ????????? It was apparent that they were too lazy to remake the burger and had entitlement that they deserved compensation for a slice of cheese!!! At any good restaurant if a steak is well done when a customer wanted medium rare…. they remake the steak WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. Some places even go the extra mile to do free dessert so customers have a good experience and get the food they paid for. We only wanted to write this message so people beware of the service at this location, and maybe that they can realize that it was not worth their time and effort to make matters worse and beg compensation for a slice of cheese.
