  Worst Taco Bell ever how is it sooooooo hard for people to remember to put sauce in a bag? Expressly asking for it is not enough somehow. I don’t think this place has EVER put the sauce in my bag. Do better

  This is more of a review for a specific employee rather than the whole restaurant, although I don’t think I’ve ever been dissatisfied with my order at this location. But I’m here to shout from the rooftops how amazing their employee, Deonna (I’m not sure of the spelling because I didn’t see a name tag), is. From the moment she greeted me over the intercom at the drive-thru, I could tell she was someone special. Her positive attitude and demeanor truly moved me to tears as I was waiting to approach the window. In a world where our default has begun to be standoffish and reserved, she embraces people with open arms. She truly made my entire day just by a brief 5 minute interaction. I hope the managers realize what a gem they have on their hands with her as an employee, and I hope Deonna accomplishes all of her dreams.

  Most mediocre place in Leb ngl. The staff arnt necessarily rude as far as Ive experienced.Theres one smaller girl with dark hair whos genuinly so sweet and a great to see. But everyone else seems to just hateeee their job? Theyre all pretty dismissive and just dont care for what theyre getting PAID to do, and its pretty embarrassing. I work in a restaurant and have worked in low food service like this, and although its draining at times, customer service is literally your JOB. Its not hard, i honestly think they just hire people and train them with the lowest amount of effort which is also pretty embarrassing. The foods okayyyy?😬also just mediocre. Dont bother paying extra for different ingredients, anything allergy passed, add ons, etc. cause you will NOT get it.They genuinly just dont care. I came back once to ask for a replacement, got the most low effort help in return, so I just dont bother. Uhhhhh, overall, you guys suck. Working their would probably be miserable since people make no attempt to do their job,pull their weight, AND be a bunch of Debby downers. Try doing like....your job. The thing you get paid to do. Idfk

  When visiting Tennessee we always go to eat at Chili's usually it's the Cookeville one we go to this time it was Lebanon and was seriously disappointed with the food at the ribs were dry hardly anything in the quesadillas at all I will not be going back to this location they have great food normally but they need to pay more attention at this location to the quality they're giving out

  Most of the times I’ve been here my order was wrong, I got a grilled cheese burrito, cheesy Gordita crunch, a chalupa, and nacho fries, they completely disregarded the chalupa, this is a continuous thing every time I go here, the one on west main does not miss anything on my order. Get this right!
