  One of the employees took it upon themselves to add a $3.00 tip on my debit card for a water. Someone needs to contact me and refund me or I am calling upper management. That’s STEALING. AND I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THAT.

  There was a hair and some other mystery black chunk in my cream slush. So gross. Ruined my slush experience forever.

  I ordered a burger which I have loved always. This one was kind of soggy and fell apart as I ate. The order was brought in a sack with no napkins. Once it was delivered, by the time I discovered there were no napkins, my hands were a mess due to the burger falling apart.

  Every time we go to the location on West Main Street in Lebanon, they screw up our orders. Missing items, stupid car hop, and there were people outside putting up signs talking rude and disrespectful. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!
