Horrible service, waited 25 minutes for the wrong order and when I mentioned it, I was told there's only 3 of us working today!

The service was awful, the manager was rude and extremely unprofessional. When my friend went to address her attitude she became even more rude. On top of that our order was incomplete we had to call and request our items and we received the wrong food. We simply gave up and just left. I believe the managers name is Emily, I was so flustered by the time we left I honestly forgot what the car hop server told us her name was. This used to be a favorite restaurant of mine, however it has definitely gone down on food and service in the past few months. Something needs to be done about the management here, no wants to throw away 35 or 40 dollars on awful services and nasty food or at least I know I don't.

I ordered a route 44 Cherry slush and a hamburger with only mayo pickle, extra pickle and tomato tomato. There was so many pickles on the sandwich they may as well have not even they may as well have just handed me a jar of pickles. It was that bad I’ve worked in fast food before I know it can be stressful but hello the customer is always right. You do not hang up on the customer. If the customer calls you with a complaint that is not right that is total disrespect and disregard and as far as the sloppiness of the sandwich, very disrespectful I’m sorry if you wanna get mad because you’ve got a customer that wants it fresh deal with it. You’re in customer service that’s your job. My roommate and I ordered Uber Eats. She ordered a Oreo blast. I did not see any Oreos in her shake at all what I saw was onions. I am highly allergic to onions and got a bite of it and tasted the onion. Then we called and made the complaint, the assistant manager had the audacity to hang up on us and then when we called back the second time sat there and told us no I made the shake myself, and there was no onions in your shake and no honey. There were onions in that shake that is disgusting not to mention rude. I will be reporting this to the GM.

Good fast service here, nothing fancy. The bathroom light didn’t work, kinda made our son’s trip to the bathroom a little tricky. Food was good though.

Unfortunately I will be leaving a bad review due to feeling rushed when I ordered my food, getting horrible sweat tea and when asked for a new sweat tea I was told it would take to long.(whatever that means) the lady taking my order was extremely rude, huffing and puffing. It’s unfortunate that I pay $30 for a meal and get treated like trash and drink tea that’s trash. The management should be ashamed of themselves.
