  Literally THE WORST service I've ever experienced. I ordered online for a 7pm delivery and IT WASN'T EVEN READY UNTIL 7:30. So it wasn't delivered until almost 8pm. Not only that but part of the order was Cajun fries. But guess what? No Cajun, just normal fries. Also my pizza was wrong. I called for a remake, then THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER. So I never got the remake, just a late delivery with wrong and cold food. You're better off spending your money at Dominos.

  We had a party of 5. Came for dinner, ordered within 10 minutes of sitting down, waited over an hour for our food to come out. In the midst of us waiting for our food to come out, a lady came from the back hollering for someone to call someone in or she was going to walk out and caused a scene in the sitting area. Waitress (Kat) was good, but said our food would come out at some point because the kitchen was confused and chaos. Couldn’t give an estimate on when we would get our food. Then a guy came out and had to retake our order to bring us the stuff we were missing. The guy did offer us some brownies, cookies, or something like that for our time, but we aren’t big sweet eaters so we declined that offer. The only other table in the dining area received their two large pizzas before we got our food. When we finally got our food, another family came in and they turned them away because they were so busy. Then when we went to pay, our food was still close to $50 for personal pan pizzas and supposedly received a 20% discount. We spent 2 hours in this place and all believe this meal should have been completed covered because of all the things mentioned.

  Love the old style buffet from when I was a kid is back around! This is a weekly lunch spot for me while working in Lebanon would love to have this option on the weekend where I could take my family and let my kid experience it extremely friendly staff and always have fresh Food out

  This had a very old school vibe. Two food bars, high top chairs and old school hut booths. The food was outstanding brought back our teenage yrs. JR was our server and he was fantastic. We will be back for the buffet. Great job Lebanon Pizza Hut

  Just went to Pizza Hut on South Cumberland in Lebanon Tennessee and the employees there were extremely rude the service was terrible they all walked right past me as I was walking in the building and none of them stopped to ask me if I needed anything they was all to busy about going out to smoke a cigarette this place is very unprofessional and very rude I will never come back to this establishment ever again and will make sure nobody I know doesn’t either either will be putting this establishment on blast all over social media terrible service terrible manners DO BETTER PIZZA HUT
