Although the quality of the donuts were satisfactory, the atmosphere was atrocious! One of the tables and chairs the four of us sat on had to be wiped off a few times due to previous customer had an sugary soda explosion! I mean the entire table, all the chairs and at least 1/3 of the floor were covered in sticky sugar from the soda. We sat at this table for almost 2 hours and NONE of the staff (there were four of them) had the inclination to even mopped the floor. At least two of them were running from behind the counter to meet their friends outside and literally JUMPed over the sticky floor at least twice. Whatever happened to clean restaurant, good service and food? One can only hope the manager will read this and take a corrective action!

There have been 2 female employees that i have seen when I come there that show they actually cared about the customers because they were hustling to get orders done. Lately they have had 2 maybe 3 people working unlike it was 6 months ago when they had a great group of staff, friendly, and very welcoming. Christina was amazing and made your visit a welcoming happy encounter and made you look forward to coming back every time! This place has lost that and is very cold and unfriendly to walk into.
