  Stop by on a Saturday morning at 8am . No apple fritters. They only had 3 for the day.... Very disappointing

  This is not about the food. This is about their customer service. I arrived to their business at 8:20 and no one was there to take the order so I drove around to the window and there was a young lady in there that completely ignored me when they do not close until 9 PM simple as telling me that they’re closing early or that something went wrong. She decided to turn off the lights I will be writing the Better Business Bureau.

  So this is crazy I order a black iced coffee like I always do when it gets warmer dark roast midnight and they told me that it is only served hot so I asked them to put some ice in it they said that would be extra so I had to purchase a hot coffee and a cup of ice which turned out to be a cup of water so you have to order a $10 monstrosity of sugar and creamer to get a large iced coffee now I'm to the point where with these companies I'm one and done so your brand is now dead to me

  It was disappointing to discover an order I had called in the evening before (to the person who said she would be there in the morning)was not ready at all. It was not even mentioned to the staff. The response was “did she pay for it yet?” I called ahead for a tournament we were having and to try to make it easier on the staff. I would have appreciated that i worked in service. Each time I return to this location it is disappointing. Not sure what is going on there but it needs some attention . I ended up getting to our tournament 20 minutes late. There was a young lady that was attempting to be helpful but there was no real team work happening.
