We go for the blast. They are yummy but expensive. We had our dig with us & they gave her a pup cup. The personal is usually very friendly & helpful.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews because I believe in being fair. I work as a food delivery driver and am in restaurants all day, so I understand how busy and short-staffed restaurants can get. I’ve also been to this location on other occasions and experienced similar issues, but I continued giving them chances. On Saturday, August 15, 2026, I was at this Dairy Queen three separate times. On my second visit, I witnessed a customer wait over 25 minutes for her food before asking for a refund because she was tired of waiting. On my third visit, I was picking up a DoorDash order and waited over 20 minutes without being acknowledged While standing at the front, an employee walked right past me without asking if I needed help and went to someone she identified as her boyfriend, asking employees to make him a Blizzard. My issue isn’t that she knew someone; my issue is that a delivery driver standing there waiting wasn’t even acknowledged.Another customer came in wanting to order, and neither of us was being helped. I finally called out for someone to come to the front. The young female manager I didn’t know at the time was a manager told me I didn’t have to yell and that she could refuse my service. The conversation became heated, and I acknowledge that, but I was frustrated after watching customers stand there without being helped.I’ve worked in management myself, and one thing I always considered important was simply acknowledging customers. Even saying, “We’ll be right with you,” makes a huge difference.I’ve actually seen this location operate much better. On a previous visit, a manager I recognize from the Mt. Juliet location was helping here. It was busy and training was happening, but customers were acknowledged, employees knew what they were waiting on, and people were taken care of. That’s the difference good communication makes.I understand Lebanon gets slammed and is short-staffed. I honestly think additional staffing during busy times, or at least having someone responsible for watching the front counter, would help tremendously.I’m not asking for perfect service. I’m asking for customers and delivery drivers to be acknowledged and treated with basic courtesy. I gave this location multiple chances because I believe in fairness, but after what I experienced three times in one day I feel whoever is higher up than the manager that was working that night needs to address it to her and all employees I’m leaving this review because I truly hope management sees it as constructive criticism instead of simply labeling me as an unhappy customer.I work in food delivery, I’ve worked in management, and I see customer-service situations all day long. I’m not asking for perfect service. I’m asking for customers to be acknowledged and treated like they matter. Being busy is understandable.Being short-staffed is understandable. But additional staffing during busy times, better communication, and having someone responsible for the front counter at all times could make a tremendous difference at this location.

Ordered 2 kids meals (1 burger, 1 chicken tenders), 2 burger meal deals, and 1 honey BBQ tender basket for our family. We waited about 15 minutes for our food. All the food was cold. The burgers felt like they were chilled and the fries were like they had sat out for a day. The tenders were the only thing that were semi warm. Went back in for ice cream. The teenage workers spent more time standing and talking then helping customers. Out of the 10ish workers, only 2 looked like they were doing all the work. One worker kept taking drive through orders outside then taking a break to smoke their vape. Stay away. Not worth it!!!

We ordered through the drive-thru and ate in the parking lot. The fries were soggy and barely warm, not fresh or crispy like you'd expect. The hamburger was so disappointing that it honestly made me wonder if they're even using real beef anymore. The texture and flavor just didn't seem right.
