  I dine in on 8/09/2026 at 8:00pm. The dinning room and bathroom were decently clean. The hot line looked depleted and could tell the food was sitting for a period of time. The pans had crusty dried up food on the sides with barely any food inside. I asked the cooks why there’s no fresh looking food. The response was after 8:00pm they don’t fire off fresh food due to not having waste at the end of the night. Mind you they close at 10:00pm. This lead to me and two others to eat only what was available. I’ve also heard them preparing online orders and them barely having any protein to fulfill the order. They told the other person working the window to add more rice. I would not recommend eating here after 7:00pm to be safe and to ensure you get fresh food. Also, they weren’t going to go out their way to cook off more.

  Sadly we hadn't been there because we like one of their competitors better, however, we thought we'd give this location a try as it's close to our home. As soon as we walked in, we walked right up to the counter, so it wasn't very busy. The food line was not clean at all and you could see that was just laziness. Unfortunately, we ordered our bowls to go and we were home immediately dug in and both of us were disappointed. There choices are limited and we didn't feel it was very good.

  I don’t normally write a review currently not a negative one but OMG this was the worst Chipotle I’ve ever had!! Rice was crunchy meat was dry and for this to be a fairly new location I’d think the food would have been better. Don’t waste your time or money at this 🤢🤮 restaurant. You have to worry about me coming back. 🥴

  I never write reviews… I love going to chipotle my favorite place to eat me and my friend and I were here in Lebanon we don’t live here we thought to come get food and service was terrible. Didn’t feel welcomed at all! Barely any portion on both of our bowls. And the worker didn’t smile one time like she hates her job couldn’t even make eye contact I don’t think I’ll ever come to this location again.
