I made an online order and it had extra rice and extra beans when I opened it to start eating it. It did not have extra rice or extra beans as a matter of fact, there was less food in it then if I had gotten a normal portion. They refuse to give me a refund and they refuse to adjust the issue
I’ve rarely ever left a review in my life. People need to be warned not to waste their money though. Cold, chewy chicken, tiny portions for the price, and not very friendly staff. I’d be surprised if they’re open this time next year. It’s a shame we couldn’t get a decent restaurant in that location.

I was a bit wary with all the bad reviews about this place but this was the best service I have had in a long time of going out and ordering food
The nice lady with blonde hair and a nose ring was very patient with me while I figured out what I wanted
then the older lady behind the register and the young gentleman that bagged up my food both had such a great attitude despite how late it was, I can definitely see myself returning again soon

Stopped in for lunch on our way back to our shop. My partner and I both got bowls with Adobo chicken. We both initially recieved less than or equal too 1 scoop of rice. We both had to request more rice to get a normal portion. The rice I got also was at the bottom of the container she was scooping from and was clearly burned to the bottom.
The rest of the experience was fairly normal, until we got to the cashier to actively was touching her nose with her hands before she handed us our cups. The cup I recieved had some food particulate on it, so I requested another one, which she again touched the inner lip of the cup with her "nose" hand, you will. I will acknowledge that she was younger and just may not have thought about how she was handling the items, but thats still unsanitary.
The food itself was OK.
The eating area itself was fairly dirty and clearly needed attention that it was not recieving (photos shown).
All in all we took a gamble on this Chipotle due to the poor reviews from other people, and im here to say we probably should have listened for the sake of sanitation.

This location has been very inconsistent, especially during the evening rush around 6pm. Many times when we come in, there is barely any food prepared, which makes the experience frustrating after a long day.
I do want to note that most of the employees we’ve interacted with are respectful and do their best given the situation.
However, today’s visit was especially disappointing. The food was fully stocked, but the employee serving us was extremely rude. My boyfriend was ordering for both of us, and she rushed through the process, throwing the bowls together and giving noticeably uneven portions. My bowl had significantly less rice, beans, and chicken compared to his, without us requesting anything extra.
When he politely pointed out that there wasn’t enough chicken on mine, we were charged for extra instead of it being corrected. The employee also spoke in an aggressive tone, saying “ma’am what else do you want” despite clearly seeing he was ordering.
It felt like our food was made carelessly and with frustration, which isn’t acceptable when you’re paying for a consistent product.
I hope management addresses both the food prep consistency during peak hours and customer service, because this location has potential but needs improvement.
