  I order from here often, tonight I ordered carry out, I went in to pick my food up, the young guy says the pin pad is going to ask me a question (I paid online and did not select a tip) I selected No Tip again and he looked at the receipt, slammed it down, said no tip under his breath and walked to the back. Couple of seconds goes by he brings my food, lays it on the counter and walked away. Do you not pay these employees? Why is a tip now expected for cary out?? This makes me not want to come back!

  Pizza was good,boneless chicken wings looked like chicken chunks instead of wings. There was barely a bite to them They didn't have a waitress on duty..Had to place order at register Took over 30 minutes to get order because it was put in warmer instead of being brought to table needless to say food wasn't very hot. The quality of service has really gone down in past 2-3 years. It was myself and 2 grandkids eating

  We walked in and sat down for about 10-15 minutes and employees looked at us and never acknowledged us and we are from another state

  I ordered take out and 8 made a mistake they questioned. They actually called me to confirm what I wanted. That is above and beyond in my book. There are people, same as myself, that really appreciate the effort. Thank you lawrenceburg Pizza Hut, your employees are exemplary.

  Waited over an hour for a barely warm undercooked pizza. Not the first time, but will definitely be the last time we order from here.
