  McDonalds has just ruined their experience. The kiosks don’t work. We went because we had a gift card and it didn’t work. Nobody is here but it still takes FOREVER. Very hard to find a clean table. It’s a shame because it’s not even worth bringing the grandkids here.

  So I have been thinking about making this review for a few days now. I went through the drive-thru the other night and ordered a couple burgers a couple of fries and a couple of pies. It was later at night I'd say 8:00. by the time I got home I honestly had forgotten I even ordered the pies, but then I looked at my receipt and realized that I did in fact order two pies and they were not in my bag. so I called the restaurant and I was very courteous and I told her that my pies were missing and she gave me two options. I could either return to the store that night with my two toddlers and toe after they had already fallen asleep. or she could mail me a coupon. I asked her if there was any way at all I could come the next day and pick up the pies usually I'm able to just leave my name and I can go pick up the pies the next day being as it was late and my kids were already asleep. but she would not give me that option so I decided on the coupon being mailed and she said that it could take one to two weeks for me to receive the coupon. I don't know The whole experience was kind of ridiculous and I'm very disappointed because I've never had to wait 2 weeks to get something corrected.

  I ordered a smoothie Friday but after I paid they said they were sorry they were out she asked if I wanted something else which I didn’t I said I’d come back another day so I stopped in on my way to work today and the same lady was there not sure if she is a manager or what but she brought me out two and said she made me an extra one because she felt bad cause after I left she went back in and found some and she did apologize again she didn’t have to make me an extra one but I appreciate her going out of her way to make sure I was a happy customer and I am Thanks again to the young lady on the morning shift at the McDonald’s in Lawrenceburg Tn
