  I ordered burgers online from this location this evening. This was my first time ordering food from Wayback. I went in to pick up my order and the young man at the front counter told me that someone else picked up my order. He attempted to call the person but was unable to get them. I told him that I would not want the food if someone else brought it back. I let him know that I would like them to remake my order. I will say that the young man was pleasant and was trying to do his best to fix the situation. A lady came up from the back and asked what happened. I explained that someone picked up my order. She stated that she would remake it. I thanked her. While she offered to remake it, she never smiled and was not pleasant. When they finished with the order, I thanked her and the other young lady in the kitchen area. She looked back at me with almost a frown and no acknowledgement. It was very rude in my opinion. As the customer, I ordered and paid for the food online. The restaurant gave my order to someone else. That is no fault of mine. Why would you have an issue with remaking an order that I paid for that you also gave to someone else? Mistakes happen but you should be pleasant with the customer especially when your restaurant made the mistake. This is the first and last time they will receive my business.

  Truthfully I had a good lunch here. But everything is individual purchase not combo or nothing. Average is about 20 a person here. I got just a burger onion ring and coke. Nothing fancy no special. I much enjoyed meal. Service was really good guy was super friendly. Atmosphere is laid back and quiet. Clean facility with restrooms. If your not on a lunch budget dining here is good for the price.

  Maybe not the establishments fault but who you align with to deliver is on them. Order 25 minutes late, burger cold, bun soggy, unedible. Call them, blame Uber, call Uber, blame the establishment????Can I get a damn hot burger?

  The one we stopped at was at exit 20 off I40 in Memphis, TN. The burgers are cooked fresh when ordered. They are tavern style. The Chicken BLT is great. Service is excellent. If looking for a good burger and are in the Memphis area I highly recommend Wayback Burgers. Prices are reasonable and worth what you get.

  I placed a pickup order online, and my husband picked it up. I ordered a couple burgers, a milk shake for him, the special seasoned fries, and one of the limited time Dubai milk shake for me. When I opened the food at home, the fries had almost zero seasoning on them. And what seasoning they had just tasted like the regular fries, so I assume thats what I got instead of what I paid for. Also, the Dubai shake stated online that there would be a layer of some type of pistachio syrup or flavoring at the bottom. Of course, that was nowhere to be found, and my shake tasted like plain chocolate, so Im pretty sure thats all it was. It was our first time trying this place, and more than likely the last.
