  my daughter bethany wanted to get me some taco bell after my mothers painful back surgery. anesthesia you know? i was arriving in this glorious taco bell at 6:30pm, sunset shining and all. bethany was greeted by a kind man who said and I quote "the manager is not here i don't know how to do anything". out of diet mtn dew, already off to a bad start. so patricia my mom changes her order for a root beer while my daughter has been sent from the drive thru to the scary mobile parking lot spot. after parking bethany was sat in this spot was greeted with food and for two whole more run ins from her parked car he finally came back after getting the drink order wrong twice. patricia was so excited for this dinner after waking up from being knocked out. no diet mountain dew and even worse we were shorted a chalupa and the cinnamon twists were burnt. this may be my mothers last meal and this taco bell let us down, but it's the closest to my house so i will go again.

  This is the absolute worst taco bell/fast food business I have ever endured in my 47 years of life. My order is always wrong, never have any mild sauce,the doors are always locked, many cars always in the drive thru. All I want are basic tacos every now and then and I have to go to this one. The employees are severely rude and disrespectful to me and others. They will raise their voice at you, roll their eyes at you , and most of the time pay no attention to you. This is not fair to anyone that is just trying to get a bite to eat. You don't do this to people. People that work hard and trying to feed their children. You have to spend 30-40 minutes in line when your are stuck between other cars. The staff should be ashamed of themselves. It starts with the management. There is no direction or heart put into the food either. Yes, it is fast food, but it is food. This taco bell should be shut down and examined.

  They always seem to have only one person working the register and making the food. Waiting over 10 minutes in the drive through when you just want to grab something quick after work is crazy. Fast food isn’t fast food anymore. How this this location still open?

  Sat in drive thru 10 minutes! Nobody even addressed the car in front the whole time. We backed out. Ridiculous service. Just shut it down. Never going back.
