  Drinks are hit or miss but what bothers me is the fact that they don’t ask if you want your change back. 2 days in a row I’ve come to get drinks for me and my husband and a girl with pink hair delivers our drinks and walks off with the change, doesn’t ask if we want it back. I’m not terribly worried about a dollar or so but money is earned not stolen. She should not be running off with peoples change.

  I've been coming to this Sonic 3 to 4 times a week for the past 9 years, and I've always had a great experience. Even when my order has been wrong in the past, the customer service has always been excellent. Unfortunately, tonight was completely different. I ordered a sweet tea with no ice and Jalapeño Bombers. I order my sweet tea with no ice several times a week and have done so for years without any issues. The young lady with the pink pigtails brought out my order. As soon as I saw the drink, I said, "This has ice. I can tell because of the condensation on the cup." She replied that the tea was hot, so they put ice in it. I told her I don't drink cold drinks and that I specifically requested no ice because I'm perfectly fine with hot tea. She then told me they couldn't serve tea without ice. I know that's not true because I ordered the exact same thing yesterday, and I've been ordering it this way for 9 years. She didn't offer to remake my drink or refund it. When I got home, I discovered the drink wasn't even sweet tea. It was root beer. So not only did I not receive what I ordered, but I was also given incorrect information instead of a solution. This is the first truly disappointing experience I've had at this location, and it left me extremely frustrated. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon. From now on, I'll make the drive to the Bartlett Sonic instead.

  This is NOT how any corn dogs should look. Do better guys. So much for a safe food for my kids.
