  I’m very disappointed with my experience at Sonic. The employee I interacted with was extremely rude and disrespectful toward me. Instead of trying to help resolve the situation, they spoke to me in an inappropriate manner and even called me out of my name. I understand that employees can have difficult days, but there is still a level of professionalism and respect that customers should receive. I was not expecting to be treated this way, and it completely changed my experience. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the way customers are spoken to, because no customer should be disrespected or called out of their name when simply trying to place an order or receive service.

  This is by far the worst location I have ever been to! The customer service was horrible and extremely unprofessional. The employee had an attitude simply because she had to go back and get the card reader. There was absolutely no reason for her to be rude over something so simple. To make matters worse, she even called me out of my name during the interaction. That is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this location, nor will I be returning.

  Drinks are hit or miss but what bothers me is the fact that they don’t ask if you want your change back. 2 days in a row I’ve come to get drinks for me and my husband and a girl with pink hair delivers our drinks and walks off with the change, doesn’t ask if we want it back. I’m not terribly worried about a dollar or so but money is earned not stolen. She should not be running off with peoples change.
