Bought $70 worth of food for coworkers. Was only given the hash browns and none of the biscuits. Tried calling multiple times but no answer

I come to this location often in the mornings at the same time at approximate 4:07am and I’m just now receiving my order at 4:26am it was one other car ahead of me and other mornings it’s the same. Fast food shouldn’t take 20+ minutes to prepare and the guy in the window doesn’t seem to care . When I worked at McDonald I know it was a time limit on how long each order takes that was 10+ years ago but I’m sure it’s not much of a difference. Do better. Other than the unnecessary wait ,the food is served hot.

I don’t know who the tall girl is with the braids I believe her name said Kaliya but I’m not sure. However, she has a nasty attitude. I wouldn’t want her up front working for me. She’s rude. I asked her one question and she got an attitude. If you don’t want to be at work don’t take it out on the customers. And the people in the kitchen need to learn proper hygiene I seen people scratching their hair and touching food. Absolutely unacceptable.

Ordering from this location is a gamble. They mess up your order about 50% of the time. Most staff members here are consistently rude.
