  Over the last six months this location has become horrible.I paid $25 for a sandwich and a bag of chips. I received a bag of craps when calling to speak into the lead person Sarah and the person that initially answer the phone was even worse than the food that I received there’s very few places to eat in this area, but this will not be one that I returned to.This location use to be a OK place to get your food and Go. The service is horrible and so is the food, For the last 10 times I’ve gone there 10 out of 10. The service has been unacceptable and so has the food.. Moving forward, no thank you

  First bad experience I've had at Lenny's. It'll likely be the last. Placed order at 7:01, "ready by 7:14." I got there at 7:11, a few minutes early. Spoke to one of the employees up front and gave them my name. I could see the bag was sitting there but wasn't ready yet. No problem at all. I can wait. and I waited. and waited. When they started giving people that came in after me and ordered in store their food I started to get upset. Turned out my food had been ready for almost 15 minutes at that point and rather than call out the name when it was ready like they did for every other order, they had just tossed it on the shelf and went back to talking in the corner I guess. The only one really working was the cook! At that point it had been over 30 minutes since I placed my order. I walked out the doors at 7:32PM. I should have just gotten a refund. The sandwiches were already cold at that point. Maybe the staff needs more training in customer service. And that standing in the corner for 10 minutes chit-chatting while "hot" food sits up on the counter waiting to be bagged and handed out isn't the right way to do things. It'll be a while before I go back to this location - if at all.

  Very fast service, food was delicious. Everything was correct on our orders, and the restaurant was very clean. Very satisfied.
