- MMmvp1 day ago2.0The food is always good and the service is always pleasant, however this location is extremely slow. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes today and that was the final straw for me. I won’t be coming back.

- HHHaleyJun 8, 20262.0Ok, where do I start?! I dont try to write these reviews to hurt anyone. But the crew that was running Dunkin this day would totally be fired if I were their boss!!! Ok, there were 2 guys and a lady when I first walked into the empty store store... the one guy in drive through he was proficient, git his orders made and out the window at a reasonable time, the gentleman that took my order, simply did that and that was it. He started talking and singing with the lady that was standing there doing NOTHING!!!! Then a worker for dunking, who started out in the drive through, I thought he ordered but he just parked and came into the store. He walks around to the kitchen area and proceeds to just talk and talk and talk some more with the other workers before having to make my coffee I had ordered 35 mins prior!!!! Now, this gentleman, though In thankfull he made my order, just wish he had washed his hands prior to starting my order!! Oh, they gentleman did get my 30 munchkins i ordered right away. But its like he was more worried to talk with coworkers about getting drunk and where they were all going to stay instead of getting my coffee ready! I would understand more had the lobby been slamming like the drive through, BUT I was literally the only person in there!!! Im truly disappointed by this location! Brand new store that i wish had been built in scott county, tn instead. But owell ill just stick to my gather or howdy'd coffee instead. If ever back in lafollette, tn. I WILL go across the street snd spend my money at Starbucks instead.
