When I called to ask questions about burger price and discount, the staff proceeded to put me on hold for a long period of time and then hung up on me. Customer service protocols need to be improved tremendously - I would get fired from my high-status consulting job in Seattle if I was to make this many mistakes... I look forward to writing a long COMPLAINT against this location for reasons of incompetence and ineptitude. No surprise people here are inept at customer service - its the Deep South!
