  This sonic is very awful🤢🤢, I seen a rat came out of nowhere, i ordered a triple smasher and it was very raw , the carhops wasn’t friendly and never gave me my change back, i believe she had burgundy hair or dark i don’t know this place need to be shut down asap .also i Seen one of the employees digging in their nose

  I really want this place to be better. We've ordered ahead for pickup around 10 times in the past year, and EVERYtime there's been something wrong. Sometimes we catch an easy mistake (missing sauce, etc) and they are nice about fixing it. But other times we get all the way home and all the burgers are wrong in some way. Or every shake is missing something. Having to check every little detail and modifier of every item is ridiculous and exhausting. I understand that people can get understaffed some days or there's a big rush, but having seen it not change over a year?! I really hope someone at the company can help get this place more consistent (having worked at Sonic before)
