The worst McDonald in the world. Look at the chicken. They probably use the same oil for weeks. The same thing with French fries too. It taste really bad.

This is by far the rudest McDonald’s there is and they close when they want to. 3rd time in a month came after ordering online 15 mins prior just to get there and they say there closed I asked to speak to the manager and I asked him his name he said Antonio i said so your closed down I ordered online 20 mins ago , by this time it’s already paid for and they used a coupon he didn’t say anything I said ok and as I was driving off he closed the window and I could see him laughing and when I got around the building I seen another person wearing a manager shirt getting out of their car where I guess they were smoking so I drove to the one on Waldron rd and they are who I would recommend go to they are awesome

Approached the pick up counter and waited at least 5 minutes and made eye contact with several employees with nobody greeting me or asking me for the name on the order. After several more minutes of waiting I firmly said “hey excuse me, I’m waiting for a DoorDash order” when an employee in a skirt turned around and said “they’re working on it” without even asking me any information about the order or who it’s from. They then brought me someone else’s food, I told them that this isn’t their order and provided them with the name. They couldn’t find the order in the system so I had to unassign the order. I don’t think I was being rude at all, I waited several minutes and I wasn’t acknowledged, was ignored when I attempted to provide order details and was unhelpful when I corrected a mistake and made no effort to provide me with the correct order.

This place literally has the worst customer service out of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. All the employees do everything they can to not acknowledge you. You could be standing there ready to pick up a mobile order. That’s been ready for 10 minutes before anybody says anything to you. I always see the employees in the back into their credit they are working, making food but again, nobody wants to acknowledge the Customer’s existence.
