- SCStephanie CastilloJun 30, 20261.0So, I went to grab a coffee and some hash browns with my family they got their drinks and asked and payed for cold foam rather than whip cream and still received whip cream, they ended up correcting it. On the other hand My iced coffee tasted so bad I had to stop by McDonald’s to ask for 10 packs of sugar and 3 creams and it still was AWFUL and extremely bitter. As I’m grabbing my order from the Dunkin’ Donuts employee, she is talking and spitting out white stuff I don’t know if it was residual from her lips , mouth or if she was eating a donut before hand but it was so gross because everything was landing either on me or on my bag with my hashbrowns. I honestly left so disappointed, frustrated and upset. I don’t believe I will be going back just because of how bad the service was.

The girl making my coffee ignored me, so I asked again and that’s when she looked at the other girl girl by the name of Dianq, who me an attitude and advised it was for customers only I told her I’m literally waiting for my order as we speak to which she got an attitude and walked over to the bathroom and opened it for me huffing and puffing the whole way there. After I got my mobile order I asked the other girl who had dirty blonde hair and facial piercings what was the other girl’s name (I didn’t know it was Diana yet) when she advised me her name was Diana I said OK thank you and went to go walk out and the girl with the piercings was like do you wanna take a picture too? I was like no I’m just posting the review based off of the service I had. Diana then started yelling that’s fine. Go ahead post a review and then all three of the ladies behind the counter started getting very aggressive. If you’re looking to get coffee with that service this is your place otherwise I would just go down the street in Antioch.
