- LDlauren Durbin1 day ago2.0Usually love Dunkin donuts but this particular store charged me for a tip without my consent. Nothing was wrong with the food or order they just added tip on my check without my knowledge so make sure you check before driving off if using a credit card.

The store was empty and I was still there over 10 min with no drink. And the shift lead was not helpful at all. NEVER AGAIN! I will be calling corporate in the morning.

We came at 6:01 AM—the moment they opened—and when we ordered, we got our food immediately upon pulling up to the drive-thru window. The food was COLD and tasted horrendous. The hash browns were soggy, cold, and tasted like pine tree bark. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the sandwiches. We bought two donuts, and they were so cold they gave my wife’s tongue frostbite! WTH, DUNKIN! Who serves cold donuts with lukewarm food? Also, it seemed like they overcharged us for our meal. McDonald’s only charges $5.00 for an amazing sandwich that comes HOT as Satan's tailpipe! On top of that, the “manager” forgot two items that we asked for at the menu board. Not only will my wife and I never eat there again, but I highly discourage anyone from going there because you will be truly DISAPPOINTED in their mediocre service, food, and atmosphere. I paid $18.00 for two breakfast sandwiches and two hash browns. NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN. I hope they get shut down or retrain their morning staff to cook the food fresh! And P.S., your sign is so bright I could see crumbs on the floorboards of my truck! FIX THAT ASAP, or you might blind an old lady who will then sue you for two warm donuts and hash browns that are actually edible.
