I placed on order via the app. After sitting in the drive thru with nobody moving, I changed my order to pick up inside. The restaurant was nasty - the lobby AND the cooking area. Multiple customers had been waiting for their orders. One couple had been waiting for their soft drinks for over 30 minutes. To top it off, the "manager" walked through the crowd and sat down in the lobby to enjoy her comp meal. Given the fact that neither the drive thru or front counter were moving, she should have at least took her food elsewhere to eat. Also, they were having several technology issues that, per a frequent local customer, were not new. This restaurant needs an overhaul and new management.
I finally left without my order and filed a request to get my money back. I will not go back to this location. I suggest you skip it l, too.

Beverly was the lady who took our order and she was also the lady at the payment window, she was the sweetest lady ever and it made my boyfriend and I smile from how nice she was, not only that but the person who was at the window you get your food from was as well very nice! Thank you Mcdonald's for being nice today! It made my day!

The window man Zack was very nice and patient with me while I was trying to find my coupon code. I love hospitable employees. The food was good too. 😁

I went through the drive-thru today, and the girl who took my order was super sweet, but the person at the second window was not paying attention at all. I was given the wrong food, and when I politely asked for my drink and some grape jelly, I got attitude back.
I ended up having to go inside to get the correct order, and I stood at the counter for around 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Then I was told to “wait a minute,” which turned into another 7 minutes before someone finally came to help me. When they did, I was met with more attitude instead of an apology or any acknowledgment that the mistake was made on their end.
By the end of it, I waited almost an extra 15 minutes just to get the food I originally ordered. The whole staff seemed more focused on talking than actually paying attention to customers and orders, especially the lady working the drive-thru window. Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service

My grandson went in to get him a meal and waited at the counter for over 15 minutes. Workers would come up and tell him to hang on. There were others waiting in line behind him. The store was not busy enough for this to be going on.
