  Waited almost 40 minutes for my pickup order while it sat in the counter getting cold bc staff decided drive thru customers were more important than those in the lobby. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten at! DO NOT ORDER HERE UNLESS YOU WANT COLD FOOD. STAFF HAS OBVIOUSLY NOT BEEN TRAINED HOW TO HANDLE A RUSH.

  Been to many Taco Bells across the U.S., and this one is by far the best. Clean, spacious restrooms, clean dining area, friendly and helpful employees, conveniently located, great food.

  Service was great, but lobby was kinda messy with napkins on tha floor. My food was terrible this time. Usually it's great, but this time it was BAD. I got the Diablo nugget meal, an then nuggets were very dry an tasted very poor an left a terrible aftertaste in my mouth after I left. The taco shell tasted very dry like it had been in the warmer for too long, an then chalupa was starting to get hard also. The Fries were old, kinda cold, an rubbery tasting. Was definitely not a good experience this time. I used to be an Manager at Taco Bell an this is definitely not acceptable. Need to make sure the food is still good an satisfying for the customer. Check your times on how long they've been in the warmer an toss them out if they've been in too long. That's what we would always do when I was working at Taco Bell. I'm not one to complain which is why I didn't say anything at the store, but it was the least satisfying meal I've had this year so far.

  you guys are the actual best taco bell location ever. i order from this location via doordash so often that it is embarrassing, and i have never received a single incorrect order. that is an incredibly good track record! i have worked at taco bell before, and i can tell from the quality that this location rotates their ingredients and follows taco bell food safety regulations. doesn’t matter what time i order, the food is always to taco bell’s internal standards. huge compliments to the employees here for that – you guys are doing great as far as accuracy and quality goes. keep up the good work, crew.

  So first of all, I tried to ask to put my number in for the app and the woman in the drive through talked over me. Then when I get to the window and ask for a receipt it was like pulling teeth. I ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla, normally that has cheese on the outside, this had no shred of cheese and looked more like a burrito than a quesadilla. This isn’t even my first time having a bad experience with this location either. I know Taco Bell is supposed to be mid but I’d still expect bare decency of what it should be
