  This place is so hit or miss. One day you’ll have the shift who takes their job serious, gets the food out fast and CORRECTLY. The next day they’ll genuinely get everything wrong. You can go up and try to get a replacement item and they’ll still mess it up. Just gotta hope you show up for the good shift.

  I order online and arrived at the time the app stated my food should be ready. I went up to the window where the kiosk was broken at a new Taco Bell. I let them know my name and ended up waiting with no place to sit for 15 minutes for a bean, cheese, and rice burrito and chicken/cheese flatbread. I am going to give it another chance unfortunately if I where to go to the other Taco Bell on Chapman it is in the complete opposite direction I normally travel. I have never had to wait longer than the app said at that location and food came out correct every time.

  The workers are always so kind and seem very happy, a nice change from the typical fast food experience

  Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Only 2 workers. Staff was nice, but good grief. 30 MINUTES trapped in the drive thru in NUTS... do better.

  Its sad that this place was in such a beautiful area to have such shotty service. We waited a super long time to get our food and my sister waited 40 mins for her food. They had all the food in wrong boxes. I tapped on the window to ask the drive thru attendant to tell her she didnt give me enough straws and she looked at me and turned around and walked away. I went to the drive thru but my sister and the rest of my family went to the front bc they had separate orders and it took them 40 mins to give them their food. People were showing up and leaving and they still hadn't gotten their food yet. It really took forever. Then their food was wrong and so was ours. It's a shame. For them to have such a nice view of the mountains the folks there sure do have a bad attitude.
