  Every burrito was incorrect, mostly soup instead of beef, or missing entirely. Half of the items had almost no ingredients as seen in the photo. We got asked several times what drinks we had and what order was ours after getting to the window. All of the “grilled” options were burnt as well

  Deangelo was top notch even tho I was having a bad night he was very courteous carried himself very well it so much he deserves a raise.

  Takes about 20 minutes on average to make it through the drive thru. Workers constantly playing around and talking while setting at the window. Handling only one vehicle at a time. Arrived at 930 and waited 15 minutes just to make it to the window for my order. Had to wait another 10+ to recieve the food I ordered through the app. Management needs to address these reoccuring issues with this location.

  My toddler was throwing a fit and they gave us a slushie in the drive thru and it was just really kind. I unhinged laughed and I just was so over stimulated but very grateful and it made our night. Having a 5 year old is hard. Thank you!!!

  I wanted to leave a review to speak highly of last nights manager(August 29). After waiting a while for our food it was getting close to closing. The drive through was busy and into the road. Many people were waiting on mobile and walk up orders. I felt very bad for the manager who nicely apologized and mentioned that many people were training and a few workers had called out. It seemed like a very stressful night for the staff. I want to highlight how appreciative I am that the manager was able to apologize to everyone and explain the situation, and how everyone could cancel their order and get a refund. People can be ruthless when it comes to food, but I wanted to let him know that we understood and that he is doing a great job! Many situations arise in the fast food industry are out of staff’s control, so I do appreciate him coming out and being kind.
