  Burritos were not wrapped properly just folded over. Not as good as other Taco Bell. Tasted like one ingredient was left off.

  Don’t even bothering ahead on the app you’ll spend at least 30 minutes in the drive through before you get your order.

  My husband picked up our order tonight and was impressed by how on top of everything and friendly everyone was. So much so that he didn't check the order. Unfortunately, he should have. We had an item missing, so he called to let them know and, though it was an inconvenience to have to drive back out, the manager on duty more than made up for the mistake. She took ownership, apologized, and happily made up for it. It's rare to receive actual customer service these days, so we're even more impressed. Thank you all for your hard work and for having accountability when a mistake occurred! You can really tell when place takes pride in their work and it makes becoming a return customer an easy decision. We will gladly choose this location in the future! Thank you all again! 🫶

  Worst manager and "General manager" I have ever dealt with. My family eats in this establishment , a couple times a week. There are 2 young boys on scooters riding on the parking lot and on the sidewalks of the restaurant much of the time that I go over there. I complained to the assistant manager , and she said that it was none of my concern. The next day I talked to the manager and she said the same thing that the boys were not creating a problem and that they were in no one's way. I Informed her that she had bad judgment and that someone's going to get hurt and that taco bell may be held responsible when that happens. I will contact the corporate office this Monday.
