  Customer service was terrible. After staring at me for 30 seconds I greeted the employee since it was clear he wasn’t going to greet me. Was very rude and unprofessional!

  Went on 3/15/26 @ 10 am..the young lady working was very friendly and made our subs as ordered. However the bread was so hard on one side that it couldn't be eaten, so we ended up throwing half a sandwich away due be inedible. What a waste!!! Please don't bake the bread so hard!!! Otherwise everything looked fresh and clean.

  Took the food to go! Both my sister and l had the roast chicken sandwich ( 6" ) they were out of mayo and bacon they heated up the sandwich which was fine but the lettuce they put on it looked old and wilted had to take it off! My daughter ordered a foot long roast beef sandwich with lettuce and tomato and pickles and of course they were out of mayo which o.k no problem but the tomatoes looked nasty and so was the lettuce she went and took that off but then she noticed the roast beef was green she had to throw the whole sandwich away ! My sister and l are the chicken sandwich and an hr later we both got sick to our stomachs and we both threw up out meals ! I will never again go to that subway store again now l know why the place was empty only 2 customers there ! I should have turned and walked out when l noticed there was no customers .!
