  Absolutely unprofessional. This kid is in there by himself and I put an order online in. I got there when I was supposed to and the store was locked. He finally opened it and the whole place smelled like weed. Then he didn’t even have it done and took forever. That was a few weeks ago. Today I went in and I was stuck in traffic before I went in so I was already about 15 min after pick up time and he was there all by himself again but turned his rap music on and there were 3 people waiting for pick up so I had to wait another 30 min till I finally got my order. I would have given him 0 points if I could. Most veggies were out and bread was barely any in there

  Stooped in today 4/15 to get a couple of sandwiches for me and my wife. When I arrived there was a sign on the door saying the worker was on lunch break I said ok then went back to my car to wait patiently I sat in the parking lot for a good 20 mins waiting and then with the sign on the door families just started pulling up and walking right in after I sat for 20 mins out of respect of the employee and their break time so I just drove off. Why do you only have one person working at 6 in the evening with nobody to cover their break. This is absolutely no good that is a disservice to your employee and the customers that come there. I will not be back to this location I feel that as a customer my time was not valued or respected this practice has to stop if you ever want me to stop at any other Subway again

  Went to the Karns subway on Oakridge hwy. Ordered online said order would be ready at 5:15 got their at 5:30 . My wife's was ready for pickup. Only one person working he ignored me the whole time. He had not made my sandwich was making people a sandwich that just walked in. $22.00 for our Sandwiches. I was so mad I walked out because it was evident he was not going to help me. So I paid for a foot long was charged for it didn't get it. Don't go to Karns subway.

  My grandson and I went into this store around 6 pm on Tuesday January 20 2026. There were 2 people in front of us. Not very busy and the man working there was rude to the woman in front of us. They left and then he asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted a total of 5 sandwiches. Then he told me he was too busy to make them. So we left and went outside and got in the car. He then walked outside and went to his truck and got out a pack of cigs. and went to front of store and lit up a cig. so we left. I've eaten here many times and have NEVER been treated so rude. He never asked me if I was in a hurry or not. I hope whatever his problem was he gets handled and learns to be more respectful to the people who pay his salary. I wish I new his name so I could report him.
