- TJTS JDec 30, 20251.0When you need to call and cancel an online order IMMEDIATELY after placing it they won't answer the phone. No sandwich and you're out $$.
- LLLisaDec 16, 20252.0Got the chicken teriyaki meal of the day. Honestly very disappointed with the lack of flavor and quality. I feel bad for the lady working today- overheard a convo of her saying she has her own store and had to be here herself of give up one of her workers. So not sure where the people who manage this store were. It seems like they are always out of stuff too. Also very annoyed with the “new rewards program”. You can only get free footlongs but I don’t order them so guess I’ll never be able to redeem rewards. I’ll stick with firehouse and jimmy John’s.

- RHRachel HayesJul 14, 20231.0I ordered my normal sandwich, had the lady toast it, and was adding toppings when I was told I couldn’t have extra black olives. The lady put maybeee 5 olives on my sandwich and this is the only vegetable I like. The vegetables are supposed to be unlimited and free. If that’s not the case, the company needs to add an option to pay for the extra vegetables that customers want. I didn’t want any of the included vegetables and found it insane that I couldn’t get the ones I wanted. Needless to say, I walked out without my sandwich because that’s simply not what I want. Especially when I’m paying for it. The lady told me “Big brother is watching, I have a protocol to follow”.
