  If i could give this a 0 star i would. sat waiting for an hour for 2 drinks. not even food that needed to be cooked. just 2 drinks. they need to incorporate a refund button so you can just leave.

  Terrible service. We ordered 2 burgers, and they only gave us one. When we hit the button and told them, they told us sorry, that we had to go through Sonic customer service. So we called Sonic customer service, and the greeting stated "we can't take your call right now, if you require further assistance, email us." What kind of company is this??? And this location needs new management if that's the best service they can offer when they screw up.

  Toldgirl told me it would be 5-6 minutes to get my order if I could wait. I said yes that’s fine no problem. Almost 20 min later I drive to the window because I see a car getting an order that pulled in after me. She finally comes to the window and I asked about the 5-6 min and another car getting service that arrived later and she says that there is call aheads (didn’t know you could do that), and DoorDashes and said it would be a few more minutes. So why did I just waste my time when this girl knew it would take much longer then 5-6 min. To get my order? I did not get food

  Ordered 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers and checked my order before pulling off. Both burgers were extremely old and dry. Requested fresh burgers and of course it took awhile to make it look as if they were fresh: NOT!!!Fresh burgers would've been HOT,which they weren't. I could've requested a refund,but I was frustrated at that point. Why would the cooks serve food that is clearly old? It's sad that people don't take pride in what they do anymore. I will not visit this location again for ANYTHING, not even a cup of ice!

  This place is a joke I'd give no stars if possible been sitting here for an hour and a half trying to get my food or my money back. Unable to get either. Or even a response on the kiosk I proceed to the door just to find the car hop delivering food to walk up customers that had recently walked up and ordered. (Watched them) Finally my food arrives tator tots cold grease forming on outside of them and the footlong (yep 1.5 hours for a hot dog) well it was just rancid!!! Although Manager sympatheticly apologizes and explains the issues that she had been dealing with she has a 15 year old on her 4th day and the cook was on his 5th day so where does the blame lie? I'm blaming the upper management of this franchise not taking pride in their employees and providing them with whatever is needed especially in this situation. Honestly people take a good hard look at all your establishments and make absolutely positive that your managers and employees have everything they need to be successful and shame on the powers that be for even letting this happen and putting their employees through cruel and unruly punishment while trying to make a living or even a start in this world.
