  Everytime I come here your setting in line for 20 to 30 minutes then another 15 minutes for food when they aren't even busy, like every time? No wonder this place is going to shii

  I made a delivery order from the app, the delivery took 45 mins before it was prepared to be delivered. When the delivery showed up my food was not sent out with the delivery and I only received drinks. I attempted to contact the store but no one answered the phone. I ended up making a claim through the app and still have not been contacted back.

  This place has horrible service, and the food is a hit or miss. I’ve never seen a sonic that’s this bad with service, and how long it takes just to get a meal. Even ordering a slushie has taken 10+ minutes before.

  Horrendous. Atrocious. Diabolically bad. Waited 30+ minutes for some mozzarella sticks and a drink. Mind you, no one is here. I have seen 5 employees come out to smoke. Understaffed cant be the issue. Never in my life have I encountered an establishment run so poorly and ineffectively as much as this that I am genuinely impressed that Sonic is allowing this location to stay open. Do your self a favor, save some time and money and NEVER COME HERE.

  We regularly have unsatisfactory experiences at this Sonic (I don’t know why I keep giving another chance). Tonight, we waited 40 minutes for 2 milkshakes and an ice water. There were maybe 3-4 other cars there. The worker was clearly stressed and kept saying “I’m getting to it” while apologizing. She was essentially in tears when bringing out orders. She was the only one there and clearly not able to keep up. 🔝 people are not exaggerating when they claim this is the slowest sonic ever. It never has enough staff and the workers always seem to be on the brink of a breakdown.
