  Honest opinion, why is this place still open? Hardly any menu bays are open. Everything is dirty looking. I can only imagine the inside. Wait time is ridiculous even if you order through the app. I haven’t once gotten the correct order I placed and I don’t have a complicated order! I understand that this sonic location is short on staff. Only one waitress running around like a chicken with its head cut off. (Tipped her well bc I know it’s not her fault). But at this point they need to shut it down until the appropriate changes are made.

  Will not ever order from this disgusting store again and I have called the health department as well codes enforcement and have the video proof to give them needs total new management and employees as far as that goes went a step above to corporate and I’m guessing I’m not the only one I seen to many in drive thru and again and at the park and order going off this store has no management especially in the evening

  This place has really gone downhill just like everything else in Halls lately. Last 3 times I’ve been here my order was wrong and then they make me feel like it’s somehow my fault. Customer service is terrible! The person who brought my food today didn’t even speak to me. Shouldn’t have given them another chance.
