  Dude. My family ordered our food online and when we pulled up and pressed the button a lady said she’d bring the food right out. I waited a while and figured maybe they’re low staff? Maybe a fryer broke? Maybe they’re busy? As someone who works in the food industry I’ve learned to be patient. After watching everyone who came in after me get their food I pressed the button again after waiting 30 whole minutes. Half an hour. Someone said they’d be with me in a minute, 15 minutes after that they finally ask what I needed. I told them very politely I’ve been waiting for my food and was wondering if it was close to being ready. Almost 2 mins later a guy finally brings our food out and it’s all cold and the milkshakes were completely liquid. No apology, nothing. That’s insane.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was hesitant giving them another shot but my husband suggested we try. Never again. We placed an online order and waited over an hour for someone to bring our food out. Other people came, ordered on site, and got their food way before us. When we finally got our food everything was cold and had to recook at home.

  Ordered a chili cheese coney, chili cheese tots, a chicken club, and a drink. Hot dog bun was stale, cheese was burned, and the server tried to charge us twice. We have put in for a formal complaint. "We will have them call you in 48hrs or so. 4 days later, no call... they really hate their customers.

  Waited over 25 minutes in the drive through for four drinks. The ONE car in front of us received two small milkshakes.

  EXTREMELY SLOW! If you don’t want cold food and workers that can actually read and do their job, don’t go here! It’s AWFUL!!!!!
