  I won't be back. The cash register is open to the public but the restroom is not. That's a real shiddy way to do somebody when they're trying to eat. I've never been denied bathroom access at a Sonic before until today and I'm 57 years old.

  I don’t understand why it takes forever to get your order here. No matter what it is. It can be just drinks and it still takes 15 or 20 minutes. And if you get food it 30 or more minutes. It’s supposed to be fast food!! You can get your food quicker at a sit down restaurant. This is crazy!!

  holy crap, what a joke this sonic is. got 2 smashers, one American, one original with extra onions. got 2 sloppy originals, no onions, one had 2 bottom buns the other had the two tops. waited like 20 minutes. went to door to say it was wrong. they said out of onions, if you want a remake get back in the drive thru, which was long at this point. wasn't going to wait another 30 minutes for another burger that wouldnt have been made any better. they did not care, horrible.

  Edit: Just found out the produce sticker was still on the lemon deep in my drink. This is the worst location I’ve ever visited. I drove up to the drive through and was told it was going to be a 10 minute wait and to drive to a stall. Other people were helped after me in the drive through. After 20mins of waiting. I ordered in the stall. When my food came out almost all of it was wrong and I was told it was going to take another 20mins to fix so I just left. Also, the food was lukewarm. This store is ran very poorly.

  I am still waiting at the drive through they took my money its been at least 30 minutes...if I knew it would be like this I would have just waited in line at Burger boys ....why is it taking fast food so long? This is clearly the worst service I have ever gotten...this location should be shut down...the clerk hasn't checked in at all she grabbed my money shut the door and nothing no explanation no sorry for this crazy wait....the line behind me is very very very long I got my food and it was ice cold....the lady at the windows offered no explanation or customer service....i wish I could give this place negative stars...its the absolute worst
