  I was asked to wait for about 5 min. I ordered they claimed they couldn’t hear me when I was basically screaming. I waited for 30 min for my food. Ridiculous!!!

  I pulled up to Stall #7, pressed the red button, and waited 5+ minutes. No one ever took our order. My husband and I decided to go through the drive-thru instead. The Sonic employee interrupted me MULTIPLE times. We have dealt with her before, and she does this every time. It is extremely disrespectful, and we left without finishing our order. This location desperately needs additional training, especially in customer service. I doubt we will ever return to this location. (This was at approximately 2:25 PM on 7/28/26.)

  This is unfortunately the only sonic I have on my weekly commute. I try not to come but sometimes it’s a special request from my kid. It’s literally the worst sonic in Knoxville. The drinks are only right like 10% of the time and the staff are honestly the most hateful miserable people I’ve ever had to interact with.

  I paid $9 for this kids meal. I had to go back and have it fixed cuz I received chili cheese fries when I ordered chili cheese tots and was asked what sauce and requested ranch, got none. Come on Sonic, yall gotta do better. This - and the return trip to fix the order - was not worth $9. Won’t be ordering here again.
