  The nastiest Sonic that I have ever been to! I hope people are checking their drinks, food, etc. I stopped by here this morning on my way to one of the locations that I oversee because it was on the way and I wish I had just driven the extra miles to the one I prefer. When I tell you I want my money back! I got into work and lo and behold there was all kinds of trash swimming in my cup! Like are you serious! And I should have known because the woman at the drive-thru was not nice! Who wants anything from someone who is hateful. I had to reach so far out my window and lift my body up to get my stuff! She wouldn’t even hold it out of the window properly at arm’s reach. Just hateful. I’m so glad I inspect my drinks and things before I just put them up to my mouth. Don’t have to worry about me coming back! The sad thing is Sonic has some great items on their menu. It is not the product! It’s the lazy, nasty employees who are getting a check who make the experience not worth the return! Just disgusting with bad attitudes and bad customer service.

  Well tonight my order was not correct and there is no way to contact anyone and I can't go back out there now. Super frustrating when you pay for extra things, tip $5.00 or more everytime and still get messed up food and wasted money. There should be a way in the app to report these kinda things.

  Friends and neighbors, heed my words. Do not, I repeat do not attempt to get a meal from here unless you have at least 45 minutes. Mobile order or no. Every few months I decide to see if things have turned around here, but every time I am disappointed. Regardless of how busy it is, what time of day, drive thru, kiosk, or mobile order. You. Will. Wait. Forever. Much longer than what seems possible for a soda and a cold burger and fries with no napkins, utensils, or condiments. Whatever on gods earth could possibly be going on at this location for it to be this mind numbingly slow every single time after years is beyond my comprehension.

  The irony of the slowest place no matter what location you go to is named Sonic. Ordered one medium drink, and I’ve been waiting for 12 minutes as I sit here and type this. Why is it a universal thing that the worst and slowest service is always a sonic? I rarely come here anymore, and any time I do, I immediately regret it.

  I hate leaving bad reviews but it is what it is. I pulled in today to grab a quick slushy however, nothing about this visit was quick once I placed my order for a lone slushy. I literally waited 20 minutes for my medium slushy and was shocked when the carhop tried having me something called a "mini" that was smaller than a sippy cup. I didnt catch when I ordered because they charged me nearly $5 for that a cup that held two gulps max of anything. They did remake it and didnt charge me the difference in price which I'm still confused how a mini cream slushy rang up for $3.79 + tax when a medium is only $3.89 and a small is $3.29. Anyhow, speed is not anything on the menu at this Sonic location. Be prepared to waith for anything you order.
