  Waited 45 minutes for my food and they never brought it out I then went to the window and they told me verbatim “they melted” ok let’s think about this they had our whole order in there for 45 minutes and didn’t think one time to figure out why it’s still there????? Beyond unbelievable do not come to this location.

  This has been the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. I wait in my car for the longest time for any restaurant, and I will be actively telling everyone I know to not come here, at the very least this location. I could leave, go to a sonic across town, order food, get said food, drive back, and my order would STILL not be ready. I can understand a few issues, short staffed, late times, etc, but this is absurd. I am not the only one from the other Google reviews, so Sonic needs to step in and do something with this location, because for “fast” food, waiting over 30 minutes for a meal is laughable. If you want to go to Sonic, may I suggest going LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

  I have been very patient with this restaurant, but the issues that I have seen don't seem to be getting better. I use the app to order and it gives me an estimate of the pickup time. Over my past few trips to this location, the time I got my food was typically 15-20 minutes after ordering, even when I sometime just got drinks. My order was wrong also for the past 2 times. Today, the carhop handed me a completel6 different order, and then accused me of putting in the wrong stall number instead of admitting that she just gave me the wrong order. The food is pretty good when it finally arrives and when it is correct, but it's not worth it anymore for all the other negative aspects.

  I almost never leave reviews, but this Sonic is SO abysmal, I have to. I’ve been here many times and it ALWAYS takes forever, no matter what you’re getting. THEN when you finally do get your stuff, you find your order is wrong despite the ticket being correct. But at that point, you’ve wasted so much time waiting you don’t have the time, energy, or patience to ask them to correct it. It’s like an abusive ex— I don’t know why I continue to go back, expecting it to be better this time. It never is. I think I’ve finally accepted I just cannot go here unless I want to be disappointed.

  This is world's worst and slowest Sonic, at least out of all the ones I have been to. I thought putting in mobile orders would make the service even a bit faster, but I have done mobile orders 3 separate times now, and in each instance, I have had to wait 20, 15, and 18 minutes PAST the time it said it would be ready. Drive through takes at minimum 20 minutes even if you are the only car in line. Drive down the road a bit and you will be happier.
